over recent decades and this has led to significant improvements in people’s
life.
To what extend do you agree or disagree?
Nowadays, technology has changed the way of people’s life. For this
reason, it is believed that technology has positive effect and negative effect.
However, i personally believe that positive effect more than detriment effect
for people even it depands on how they use it.
Firstly, technology is now inevitable. This is because technology can
fulfil people’s necessity. For the example, as the development of technology,
the farmer will be easier to farm with crop machine invention. As a result, the
farmer not spend much time and more spirit to engage in farming.
Secondly, on
the other hand, there are instances which show the problems with improved and
advanced technology or the solution for one problem with the help of technology
is giving rise to another problem. For the example, over time, agriculture in Indonesia had been experience
modernization, where there is a change to the pattern of the traditional method
of farming becomes the modern method. It is believed that many farmers do not
know how management land, the use of quality seeds, fertilizer use properly,
the use of agricultural inputs, and the timing of the harvest. As a result, the
use of technology has changed the thought patterns of farming communities, and
this can extend the structure of poverty.
All
in all, technology is an important thing of life, because technology is now
inevitable. Techonolgy has positive effect and negative effect. I
personally believe,
if we use it for positive things, it will have positive effect of our
lives and the other way. Nobody would oppose the development of technologies in
any sector but the developments should be in a positive way and they should not
have any negative impact on present or future generations.
